    Thanks for your recent blog about making your old house more energy efficient. I have a 102 year old Victorian and the winter heating and summer cooling bills are astronomical!

    Although we can’t afford to replace every 102 year old window in this house, the caulking, weather stripping, added insulation should go a long way towards reducing our energy consumption.
