If I put a Hillary sign in my yard, it’s legally okay, but if I put a Hillary sign on a busy intersection on office park property, it’s littering unless the owner of the property permits it.
If you see a Hillary sign and a Dean sign together, it’s probably littering. Just put the sign of your choice in your yard, vote and remove it after the election. Once the primaries are decided, PlanetTrash will endorse the greenest one.
